In a game where batsmen outnumber bowlers a lot of the time, they falter and end up achieving a low score. In such cases, it’s up to a bowler to use his skills and tactics to recover that poor result, as there have been countless occasions when bowlers have saved low totals and rescued a one-sided match from the opposition’s hands. In response of which, when Pune came out to chase the target of a mere 121 runs which seemed to be a piece of cake at first, their batsmen seemed to have struggled from the onset of the second part of the game and were unable to maintain the required run rate, concluding in a one-run loss.
