As teams like Sri Lanka, Netherlands from Group ‘A’ have made it to the final rounds. While, from Group ‘B’ it is the team of Zimbabwe and Ireland, who have made it to the Top 12. At present, Sri Lanka and Ireland are all set to encounter a face off on 23rd October at Bellerive Oval, Hobart.

Moreover, Sri Lanka is said to have achieved the ICC T20 World Cup once in the past when it faced off against India in an exciting finale. They were also the runners-up position for two times, in 2009 and 2012. On the other hand, Ireland is yet to achieve an ICC T20 World Cup. Based on such records, the chance of winning the match is likely to be more in favour of Sri Lanka. But, with plenty of great players by their side, Ireland is expected to throw a tough competition.
